When it works, it works well. But not on 5S

I installed this app on my iPhone 5, and it intermittently worked. Frequently it seemed to loose connection, so weather and appointments werent up to date.

BUT. Now that Ive installed it on my 5S, it doesnt work at all. Crashes immediately, every time, even after phone restart.

I want my money back. This isnt what I paid for.
